Over the weekend the sellers received wonderful traffic through the door. This is a true testimate to teamwork. Sellers did an amazing job of staging the home and making it shine, and leaving when buyers came through the home. All of Erick and Company made she we answered each agents call, answered questions about the short sale status, advertised and did social marketing and the result was a lot of traffic in four days with a full price contract in the end. Now that's teamwork.

Not the really grueliing part of the process begins.... submitting and working with the sellers mortgage company to assist the homeowners in getting approved to sell short.
