Greetings!! This day will mark my first day of blogging on Active Rain! For those unfamiliar with 7 Mile Island, it comprises Avalon & Stone Harbor (from North-South) and is located in Cape May County. There are approximately 8,000 tax parcels of which about 2.5% +/- sell each year. The inventory consists of single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes.
As a part-time island resident since 1981 and a full-time resident since 2008, I enjoy working as a Sales & Rental Agent for Coldwell Banker. In my job I represent buyers and sellers of real estate only in Avalon & Stone Harbor and assist renters who choose 7 Mile Island as their vacation destination.
