The Denver Mayors Council has offered this outstanding program for First Time Home Buyers in the Denver and the following Cities:

City and County of Denver, As well as, Arvads, Aurora, Parker, Brighton, Bennent, Broomfield, Centennial, Erie, Edgewater, Greenwood Village, Lakewood, Littleton, Louisville, Northglenn, Sheridan and Westminster.

Borrowers cannot have owned a home in the last three years.

INCOME:  Families of 2 or fewer:  $71,700

              Families of 3 or more:  $82,455

THIS 4% GRANT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE REPAID AND CAN BE COMBINED WITH OTHER COUNTY DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.  REMEMBER, Douglas County and Arapahoe County Housing Parnership assistance is now $20,000
