This is so super cool. This is my 3rd short sale listing in Tracy CA on Ali Ct in the past 12 months. It's a popular street for upside down home owners. You would think all of them were related but nope, just each had their own hardship.
My short sale sellers have been thinking about doing a short sale for over a year. They decided to make the plunge February 1st & put it up for sale. By February 8th we had two offers & they selected only one to go with. A HUGE factor that helped my sellers decide to go with this buyer was that the buyer was/is willing to put $5000 in escrow while waiting for the short sale to get approved. We marked the property pending & did our paperwork shuffle.
I have an assistant that is amazing. She helps me with timely follow up with the bank plus getting all that paperwork in to the bank (no matter how many times they want us to fax it in).
