When the current sellers bought this Arlington home, there was a lot to charm them. It is in Cherrydale, a great neighborhood with schools that got straight A’s on greatschools.org. The house itself has 
warm pine floors and an updated kitchen with granite counters. There is a sunny deck and great back yard.
But the great thing about this home is the front porch. It’s a wonderful place to spend your Sunday morning with a pitcher of fresh-squeezed orange juice and your Washington Post.
