Farm your niche market and cover all the happenings in your neighborhood
When I am working with Denver relocation ciients or folks that already live here in the Denver metro area but are moving to another neighborhood, it is not uncommon for them to want to search homes in an area by school district or even drill down further to a specific school boundary.
Douglas County and Highlands Ranch is no exception to that.
I have been posting many of the neighborhood boundaries by school of Highlands Ranch homes for sale. In case you are looking to look at several here they all are. It is important to double check with the school district to make sure that a home has the correct information. While doing this series I have seen a small handful of homes that have had the incorrect schools listed for them. You can find direct info for Douglas County Schools here and they have many resources such as current boundary maps or here on the parent pages as well.
Also to note that I did not (yet anyway) list by middle school boundaries. The middle schools in Highlands Ranch do feed directly into the high schools at this time, so the info would be the same. I still have a few more to add as I write this, so there will be a few additions as well.
ThunderRidge High School & Feeders - covers neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch (Westridge) and south western Littleton all the way to Arrowwood. Ranch View is the middle school.
Rock Canyon High School & Feeders - The newest of the 4 high schools in Highlands Ranch, covering Highlands Ranch Southridge neighborhoods and some of Wildcat Ridge but also (and primarily) Castle Pines and Daniel's Gate. At original posting time, only the Highlands Ranch feeder elementary schools are listed. Rocky Heights is the middle school.
Highlands Ranch High School & Feeders - The original high school in Highlands Ranch, covers neighborhoods in Eastridge of Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and also parts of Littleton such as Wildcat Ridge & Province Center. Cresthill is the middle school.
