Building networth in your home or rental income property used to work well but may or may not work after 2011.

I switched from rentals to land that could be rezoned to commercial in 2005 and it worked well.I feel this will work again for 5-10 year holds.

Anyone or group that can do this without bank finacing will do extremely well and now is the time.
