Did you know that there were 243,947 foreclosures filed last month alone???? In this same month 42,789 homes were actually repossessed by their lenders! Ladies and Gentlemen we are in the middle of one of the largest foreclosure epidemics this nation has ever seen! Middle Class families are being stung with adjusting rates, house depreciation, and a lack of options from the banks...leaving them no choice but to forfeit the place they once called home.

Well you are correct in your definition, however Unlawful is also meant when doing something that is deamed illegal by the courts or our congress... And They have both deamed the foreclosure process as a legally and binding procedure. I would be interested in knowing more, as my philosophy is that "You don't know, what you don't know" I will call you tomorrow. I am very leary when someone out of the blue makes HUGE CLAIMS of income, and stating that the lenders of this country are ALL involved in the "Illegal" activity of foreclosure.

If the Banks used a little common sense, instead of running through the entire Foreclosure process, just let the people who are already in the home, take it for the reduced price of $5,000 - $50,000 price tag, which is way below market value anyway, and make payments on that amount???

Steve, Banks do this already. It's call a loan modification!
