Lot Loans?
I am looking for a lot loan, C/O Refi., I am desperate! Any lenders do them?

Have you checked with Indymac Bank? I believe they do refis on lots, but not sure about a cash out. What about local banks in your area?

Jacob - Wachovia does lot loans...but no cash out available. We do offer equity lines and ones with no collateral needed. How much cash out are your looking for?

Try www.bismark.com or bismarck..they do subprime construction....but not lot loans. Ohio SAvings Bank did lot loans and they are merged with somebody but I don;t recall who. Indymac has become real strict.
