Jon, congrats on the relationship developed here, and often it is about someone not dropping the ball, and just the great service you provide to a client.
Great story Jon! Thanks for sharing this with us!
Jon - thanks for sharing the story with us. I usually try to click on the ones that seem to offer some special knowledge, a cute title, etc. Yours grabbed be because I knew it would be a heart warming story - something for Monday Motivation. Thanks!
MaryJane - people read them and we may not even know that. We only know those who commented, but many just follow us and only know when they finally call us.
Melissa - yeop, it is a great letter, thank you
Barbara - AR is a wonderful site. Funny, that when peop;e call me, they did not find me looking on AR, they found me after I popped up in Google. When I am asking them where they found me, they often can't figure it out, but I know that they are quoting me my blog on AR
Candice - thank you, thank you very much
Justin - I am the one who was not expecting business from AR, and while others were bragging howmuch business they were getting from AR, I just kept writing simply because it was fun. And then slowly, a business part started coming as well
Tammie - I only write about what is dear to my heart. You will never become a winner for everybody never know what information people are looking for, and you do not need everybody. But it is such a blessing when somebody was actually reading your blog and decided that you were the one they would call.
Gary - you are very kind and encouraging, thank yo
Thanks Sandra
Barbara - I knnow it was too long, but every time I was writing the blog, beginning with the one where I told that such a nice unit goes on the chopping block, I did not know that there will be more to this story
Thank you for your patience
Thank you for sharing your story! You truly never know where your next client will come from in the Rain!
karen - it is really difficult to predict, like predicting Rain in Florida (LOL)
Jon- Great job and way to close the deal. I used to live in Daytona and know the area pretty well. Hear they've done a lot of work down by the beach and I want to get back sometime to see it!
Great story for sure. It's always good to hear nice things like this. Thanks for posting.

Margie - we are all waiting for the economy winds to change. The fallout of the market came 2-3 years too early, There were so many beautiful projects for the Coastline, you would not believe it. And now we are pushed far back.
But it is inevitable, and how we say it in Florida, it is not if, it is about when.
Patricia - thank you very much. this was quite a story, with twists
When I first wrote about the unit doing to foreclosure, I had no idea, that I would get involved, and finally would sart working with the Buyer, and he would buy a unit from me.
Congratulations Jon! Happy clients brings positive feedback to our business. Great Active Rain Blogging!
Thank you, C Lloyd. It does not happen too often, making it even more welcome
