This was a beautiful looking house going up for sale at the Arizona Trustee Sale on Friday. The average market price for this type of home was $280,0000. The starting bid was $156,000. I passed on this house because it was right on the corner of a two lane street right across street from the school. This is why it is vital to drive the properties before bidding on them with a trusted Realtor like myself.
