Just put one up recently on mold and we've helped a Coldwell Banker broker in the past year -- a buyer was doing the final walk through with his young son, they spotted what looked like mold and he was going to walk away.  It was less than the required size for a major mitigation procedure, per our certifications and training at Servpros, so we removed it completely, sprayed a fungicide with noone, no plants or animals in the vicinity and the sale went through with NY lawyers as planned.  Loved our CB client and she seemed really appreciative to not lose the sale.  Thanks for the encouragement.
