Ava 3 yrs old 4-10-11

 

 

We had a few birthdays that were celebrated at my parents house in Medford,New Jersey.

Happy Birthday ... Happy Happy Birthday... what a day. For those that read some of my posts, I talk about my sister and her family. She has 6 kids, 3 boys and 3 girls. Well, the youngest two are twins and tomorrow they turn 3 years old. But we celebrated their birthday today.

As you can see, Ava had her own table with her own cake. We then had to go over to the other table and sing happy birthday to Joey... lol

Here is Joey at his own table... you will see two cakes on the table. My birthday is tax day, so we had a 3rd birthday to celebrate. Of course my cake is on the left, if looking at the picture. Not the Buzz cake... lol  And I let the kids blow out my candles....

It was hard to get the kids pictures in the cars, with them driving all over the place. But before Joey sped off to his girlfriend's house, I was able to get a picture.

So, do you have kids too Jeff?  You and I share a birthday on April 15, and after many years, I have decided it really Sucks! 

We usually get our taxes done around mid-March, which is my wedding anniversary, when we find out how much we have to pay.  Then on my birthday, we get to send in the check!!!!

I recommend having birthdays and anniversaries in mid-summer, when you don't have a conflict with other major holidays or payment due days!!!!

Oh Jeff, that's TWO handfulls! I hear you but my twins are 3 years apart! At least that's what everyone tells me.  Your sister certainly does have her hands very full!! HOw fun!

VICKI... . cool, that we both share the same birthday.... and no, I don't have kids, none that I know of... lol  Seriously.. I don't and not that I wouldn't love to have a few, but just haven't met the right one... and yes, having a birthday on tax day does suck... anyhoo... you can just send my gift to the IRS... lol

TAMMY...   I had to read what you wrote, like twice... lol  To early in the morning for puzzles... so I guess you just have 2 kids that are 3 years apart, right?   And yes, my sister does have her hands full, but my parents help often and she has a baby sitter that takes the twins for a full day on the weekend often...thanks

MARTHA.. .. I know my nieces and nephews are mine, blood, but yes.. they are all great and I love them all... and twins are just a lot of joy. And thanks regarding my young birthday wishes.. ;o)  thanks

MARILYN.... . because of my tastes, it would have been too much... lol  And Joey wouldn't even let me drive his... I asked like 3 times and he said no all 3 times... and then he said.."but uncle Jeff, you wouldn't fit".. lol

DEBBIE... they definitely had fun... always wanting to open gifts also... never wanting to wait when one gift appeared... lol

Oh Jeff! How cute!!  We have 6 kids and our youngest two are twins as well, identical boys. They just turned 3 years old 2 weeks ago.  We sang the happy birthday song twice but only had one cake as they both absolutely LOVE Hot Wheels.  So the whole party was a Hot Wheels racing party. No outside cars though (too cold) but lots of race tracks set up around the house and such.  You are absolutely right - they are a blast!

Here they are opening presents. You just gotta luv twins!
