I have a great property on a bucolic country setting that has been shown many,many times but no offers. It's only 4years old, has a great floorplan and is well priced.
We're gone a lot and have someone else looking after the property. We called the caretaker and were told the house is clean and ready to show. We went in to see what they considered clean. The house was in general disarray, dirty dishes in the sink and unmade beds. But that's not the big deal 
When we went down the bedroom hallway we both feld an intense negativity and forboding. No wonder no offers. If my wife and I pick it u then others probably do to.
Being the resourceful person I am, I searched the internet for a solution. So far I found the ancient Chinese believe you should walk through the house with a burning sprig of sage. They also believe you should ring a high pitched bell in every corner of the house then order the negativity out of the house.
Anybody else have ideas?
