IMPORTANT TO ALL REALTOR...& BUYERS! I had 5 buyers offer to drop the realtor that they were currently working with to have me write-up thier offer.  They were making this offer becasue they believed that they only way they could be competitive and get their offer accepted was to appeal to the idea of double ending the deal.  They all were told to write the best offer they could with their current realtor.  FYI: I am not representing my own buyer in this transaction. The reason I am mentioning this is that I find it really upsetting that there is such a lack of loyalty from buyers in the marketplace.  I could go on and on, but the bootm line is to get a commitment in writing from your clients!
