I love how all these complexes have the Spanish flavor to reflect the history of the area. Another nice write and information about the complex.
Jim, als always, a very well thought out market update and insight into living in San Diego!
Jim - What a great post packed full of everything a buyer and/or seller would want to know about Friars Mission.
Jim, Friars Mission sounds like a great place for people who would like to live a hassle free lifestyle. The HOA rates are very affordable too.
Jim, This is another great post in this series. Friars Mission has great square footage for their units!
Connie – Sometimes it’s difficult to spell these Spanish-flavored names, though, like Mission Playmor. Everyone wants to put an ending E on it, including me.
Macolm – These are actually about the average for HOA’s throughout Mission Valley. The low is about $165 and the high is just over $500. The more amenities that need to be taken care of – pools, tennis courts, lakes, water fountains, etc – the higher the HOA fees.
Just stopping by to see how you're doing with your Mission Valley condo pictures. Let me know if you need anything.
