Well with another month gone we are quickly approaching the fall market.   Hamilton Township, Mercerville, Yardville, Hamilton  is still holding steady with a current supply of homes at six (9) months.   As mentioned in previous monthly reviews, this is above what we would consider a "great" market but still consistent with contacts every month.   The ideal market supply is six (6) months or less.    

 I strongly believe we still have some "fire" left in the 2007 market place and if you are considering a move you might want to consider it strongly before the year end.  And with the extra supply of homes and the recent reduction in interest rate it might be a perfect time for you to buy.
