12 Comments on New Models Open at MG on the Halifax
Good morning Jon, that is one beautiful place there, wow! And I am not surprised that you are "all over the place" for the search terms "MG on the Halifax". Not at all.
Now let me go back and look at that view, again and again... wow!
Andrea - no photo can relay these views. What you feel when you are there is so powerful. Thanks for the comment
Proof that blogging can really help your business over time. Looks like a real nice place
Sure look like beautiful condos Jon. I hope you sell lots and lots of them.
Bob- it is amagnificent place. i can't wait when they build the other two towers, and will make it even more beautiful.
Who could have imagined 5 years ago, that you could be a unit in MG on the Halifax for less than $200K.
Now you can
Gabe,
We were selling more than half of those that were sold here n the last year. We still have several under contract now. But I would love to work with these condos.
This is a unique development for Daytona Beach. There were a few other high-rise condos planned for this area, but the economy put a halt
Hope this one sells well
Yes, it is unique
Jon - As powerful as the draw of the ocean may be, it's still a risky purchase enterprise. I'm glad that you are there to guide buyers into and through a transaction that has a lot more going on than is noticed at first blush! I've learned more about the coast from your posts over the last almost a year ... and I would not even think about referring a client to anyone other than you ...
How exciting to see some positive news about the market in your area. When I was in Las Vegas last month John Novak took me to see some condo units that were all decorated too. Great view of the strip from the 36th floor. What fun.
jack - wiith the prices that they are setting now, they are compete pretty much with themselves. On the ocean you either have way more expensive, or older units with smaller size and different class.
A strange market, indeed.
Jenny - gotta be a great view from the 36th floor. Ocean would not be really pretty from that height, though
