If you are thinking this is going to be the week that tough listing sells...this may be the week.  If it does not sell this week, think about giving it back.  What really is the cost of a tough listing that has your mind all jacked up?  Here is a great thought.  I would rather have 3 great listings than 10 horrible listings.  Really, what agents wants to wake up today knowing that Mr. Overpriced Know-it-all is going to call 5 times today wanting to know what you are doing to sell his Outdated house?  Not me!!  I would rather please one or two at a time then juggle 7 unhappy clients.  So, think about this...who is setting the stage in your mind.  We know we can only have one thought at a time, unless we have 10 horrible listings...then we have 10 thoughts at a time.

Think on these things...if it is priced right and the client is a joy to work with...give it all you have...otherwise, give it back.

You are right! We pick our clients too. There is nothing like a bad listing to really bring you down.
