Well, prices are very reasonable here in Atlanta, a 700K home in Atanta a great community would easily be worth over 1.5 million anyplace out of state. Threes sides brick, massive three car garage that you could actually fit 3 cars, a full daylight terrace level, real hardwood floors, and more!
