This Is More of A Question Than A Post.

Anybody know anything about group homes for the disabled, autistic, foster care, etc?

I'm looking at a property with nine bedrooms and 5 baths that has already been used as a group home for persons with special needs. Our investment group would be willing to purchase the home if we could find an experienced group home resident operator/manager to partner with. Does anybody know where one might start looking for someone like this?

We're not in this business and don't really with to divert our focus away from our field of expertise which is distressed property acquisition, rehab, remodel, resale, buy & hold to rent/lease, property management and real estate investment.. But we would be willing to partner with an experienced Group Home operator as they are needed in our community. I understand that there are ongoing government subsidy programs and grants for this endeavor. Can someone please enlighten us.
