This is Spring;
...some are busy working on their bathing suit look;
...others are taking advantage of the warmer weather to spruce-up the yard;
...many are avoiding full-length mirrors or boldly facing -up to the long days inside;
...some are looking to their business approaches and taking necessary steps to 'spruce them up;
...stores are shelving on 'end-caps' all the accoutrement's of summer-time activities;
...local "Boat Shows", "Landscaping Experiences [Shows]", "Car Shows at Dealerships" bait the winter-weary;
...local papers, WSJ, & Real Estate News sources are filling the airways with "rising interest rates", "time to get that
perfect Deal", "Economists state solid growth in 2011" and many other "come-on, get with the spirit" items;
To that advice, I will present to YOU, the reader, 2 articles on Personal Shape-up and / or Diet Tips that all of us will welcome as it means that spring is actually here and the time to lose the bulky outer ware has arrived.

Among other suggestions for 'remodeling your life" today he tackles the Easter Candy eating.
Charles does hit one below the belt [pun intended] with list of 12 candy choices;

I like the Cadburry & Reese's, but have not eaten either for awhile;
