Agents tour homes! Great for sellers..

In my part of Connecticut we have a weekly meeting each and every Tuesday.  The meeting concludes with all the agents from that office hoping in their cars and driving to each new listing for that week.

Great way for agents to introduce property to each other.. This is great for sellers to have up to 15 agents personally tour their home at the same time... "Now that I have seen the home in person I can have a better conversation about that home with my buyers" - Great to have first hand knowledge.  Nothing beats the fact when the agent can say she or he has already been in that home and this is what it has to offer....

Make your sellers aware of this powerful tool of trafficing Agents to thier home to help spread the work!  Possibly more effective then simply having an open house to the general public!  you agree?

For new agents it's a great opportunity to preview the inventory. Unfortunately some tours are more about socializing than actual previewing.
