Guess I'm spoiled here with our great affordable prices. I see the square footage of the units and cringe with the price. In the Dallas area we get double the size for the cost you receive, guess we don't have your fabulous location and weather to attract as much! Another fine post and all the best with spreading the news that you are the Condo Person to help locate a new home or list and get it sold!
Beautiful looking and informative report on Mission Heights Jim. I really like the presentation and detail you have given.
Jim, the Mission Heights condos look like a great deal in San Diego. The square footage may be less than we're used to in some other areas of the country but then, we can't walk to the ocean, can we?
Jim - thanks for keeping us up on Condo prices ... it's a little easier for those of us out-of-area folks to relate to condos than some of the super-sized and priced SFR's in San Diego.
Hi Jim,
Sounds like your market is doing well with steadily increasing prices. Here is Southeastern PA, I think we are behind the curve with reacting to the market. We are still seeing prices creep downward but I truly believe that the bottom is close and prices will start rebounding (or at least level out) by the end of the year. We did have one listing this past week with multiple offers - haven't seen that in a while.

So very different from where I live in the country... Sounds like a place my sister would like to live!! She did live in San Diego for about three years when her ex husband was in the military - have no idea where, I didn't get to go when my mom and dad went out there - they even went into Mexico!
Connie – You should have seen these places four years ago when the square footage price was double what it is now!
Thanks, Doug.
Maria – It is nice to walk to the ocean, or even drive to the ocean and then walk!
Jack – Every time I get a comment from you or visit your blog, I think of that Creedence Clearwater Revival song “Lodi.” J♪♫♫♪
Lisa – The wealthy areas are having most of the problems here in San Diego right now. The 39 condo communities in my farm are rolling along with multiple offers, closing price higher than listing price, lots of sales.
Marilyn – Mexico is just a hop, skip, and a jump down the road, 15 miles from downtown San Diego. Many Los Angelenos come down on weekends to go to Mexico and get cheap liquor, tobacco, gold, and silver.
Just stopping by to see how you're doing with your Mission Valley condo pictures. Let me know if you need anything.
