2.  Concrete and natural stone, no wood and brick.
3.  Maximum energy efficient throughout.
4.  Solar panels in the roof to generate energy source.
5.  A large designer kitchen.

It's interesting to see the differences and similarities from what I see in buyers in this area.  Energy efficiency is a big deal and I have even had a couple buyers say they preferred re-sales because it was more 'green' not to build a new house but to use one that is already built.  Makes sense.  Brick is also a big feature in our area off the coast.  We haven't seen many concrete homes come into the area yet.  Thanks for sharing!

Incorporating those items into a new home would be a dream come true.  It always is a trade off of amenities and price.  Donald, having a large sun room has always been a favorite in my minds ultimate home design.
