Having been in the military you know that sometimes you only have a few days to fly in find a house at your next duty station, get it under contract and fly back home.

Because our area is one of the most mobile in the world with people coming and going from the Washington DC area in a constant flow for government, military and the businesses that support them, we have tried to give almost TOO much info. if that is possible.

Many times people will be looking online from their duty stations overseas for homes to buy when they fly in for 4 days. I think we hold the office record for most homes shown in 2 days...36.
