Home Buyers Are Blooming--It's Spring!

blooming flowersIt must be something in the air, but the phones have started to ring and there seems to be a buzz about wanting to buy a house.

As I answer the phone and find both new buyers and sellers who seem anxious to get something moving, it almost seems like a hint of the old days. Or maybe it's just the hint of lavender sprouting on old wood, or the tulip poplars in full glory, daring a late frost to strike them down.

My clematis is just starting to turn green, and I to have a hope that it will bloom just as joyfully the climbing hydrangea in a picture I took on a Delaware Center For Horticulture trip to the Hudson River Valley a couple of years ago.

It is nice to see buyers out looking at properties, but they still are taking their sweet time making decisions!

Yes, Scott, there's not a lot of urgency out there. And Liz, hope we are all busy as bees!
