September 2007 Real Estate Market Condition Report for

Vancouver Washington's East MLS Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Vancouver, Washington's eastern area homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical month of September, 2007.  

This month has about 52 fewer homes in the active category, and the average days on the market has crept up by thirteen days.  For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is about 67 days, which is only two days more than last month. 

For the first half of 2007 the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for these Vancouver areas ranging from: $240,300 to $365,300; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $223,500 to $302,000.  The Clark County-wide Average Home Selling Price is: $309,300;  while the Median Selling Price is: $264,900.
