Pretty country, Steve. Go figure...woke up here this morning to snow in the foothills. Oh bother........
Karen, We can find snow in the woods into May most years, Looks like it'll be gone this year a bit early.
Much more typical in your neck of the woods...so to speak. This is extremely UNCOMMON here! I wore pink today. I'm bound and determined to "will" springtime to get here! lol
Karen, I'm sure you brighten a room more than spring flowers.
Steve...With all the snow and the mountains, I am suprised that the rivers are not higher.
Bill The rivers are pretty darn high, one warm day and I'll be ready for some kayaking.
Steve,
Even if it is the "dreary days of winter" it is still amazing scenery and a wonderful place.
Steve I still have some snow left in my yard! I think I might be the only one in my town:)
Bill, Loon Mountain is open until this Sunday 4/17/11 -the man-made snow has kept the slopes are well covered, and there is still some snow in the woods.
