I realized that I do not know the streets on Vernon, CT very well... I had a floor call yesterday to show a house in vernon so I set up the showing and appointment for me to meet the people at the house and I am waiting and waiting for them.... Turns out they were waiting for me too... Unfortunately we were at different locations and ironically only about half mile apart... Turns out that the two street names were only different by one letter! I was so upset and thought on got stood up by a floor call and they were dissapointed that the agent (me) didnt show up!
Well we finally talked and expained ourselves!! Folks were also elderly and did not know thier cell number so we talked when the returned home!
Craziness in the life of a real estate agent! And it rained all day too................
