Don't let anybody tell you that the Columbus Real Estate Market is dead.  If the right house has the right price and is marketed well, it'll sell.  My seller had this Bryden Road home on the market about 2 weeks, we received an offer and closed today, 2 weeks later.  Yes, by all means, please do call me to list your Columbus Real Estate.  This house was terribly cute and just needed some exposure.  A very nice young couple bought it so if you live in the neighborhood, stop by and welcome them.

The last day of the month is a busy one for Realtors and Title companies.  That's when the most closings happen.  That means next week I'll be updating you on all the markets we follow here at Columbus Homes Blog, not just for August, but for the entire summer as well.

Get ready for what I call the third selling cycle of the year, pretty much mirroring OSU's football schedule.  From the time school starts up to about Thanksgiving, the fall market in Columbus is typically a very good one.  With interest rates still lowering, a ton of homes still on the market and me ready to help you, it's going to be a fantastic three months.
