This is a Victorian Village Condo that just hit the market.  It's just under 1300 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and it's around $218 sq ft with a monthly condo fee of less than $150.

What's that?  It sounds OK but you wonder what it looks like? Oh, sorry, but this is the accompanying picture in the MLS -  A picture of no picture.  While I have no doubt that pictures will be coming soon, I hate to see a new listing come on the market without a picture.  It's fresh, it's hot, it's interesting, it's now but alas, no picture today.  Maybe tomorrow or the next day.

Sellers, make sure your listing has a picture when it hits the market.  In this market, you need to make an impact right out of the gate.  In fact, have ten pictures on the MLS and those other searchable websites in addition to a tour right now, day one.  Better yet, call me and we'll do it right.
