As you all may know, TruClose Financial Services, LLC offers a truly diversified portfolio of services. We are a title insurance agency, settlement services agency, appraisal services agency, BPO agency, REO agency and of course, a lead generation company. Our owner, Jason Sheppard noticed the Referral Exchange on Active Rain for the first time yesterday. Since then, we have posted in the referral exhange, 5 leads that we received over our 35 site network of lead web sites. We generate on average, 5,000-6000 leads per month. Obviously, we won't be posting all of them in there and I'm sure Active Rain wouldn't appreciate that. However, we are going to post around 5 per day for real estate agents for our leads who do not yet have a home in mind but are looking to be prequalified, and of course, for loan officers who can use the extra business.
