The Mrs. International Pageant focuses on the institution of marriage and the great accomplishments on married women. It serves to be a positive role model for families and towns and communities through out the world. Each winner has a platform they represent for one year. Husbands are the ones that escort their wives in the evening gown competition and the husband gets to crown his wife.
Ashley Maguire, a resident of Wellington Florida was the winner this year for Mrs. Florida. She will go on to compete in the International Pageant representing Florida in Chicago in July of 2008. In the meantime she will be traveling around the state of Florida promoting her platform cause which is finding a cure for Diabetes.
Ashley and her husband Joe are the chairs for the 2008 "Jungle Safari" being held on March 1, 2008 at the International Polo Club Palm Beach featuring silent and live auction, dancing and a fancy dinner.
