It's amazing the difference when you get into the Back Mountain! It's also funny how Wilkes Barre and Scranton parallel eachother. Dallas is to Wilkes Barre as Clarks Summit is to Scranton.
The Kingston/Forty Fort/Swoyersville area looks like an interesting market. The values are higher than most places but the time on the market is lower than most. Sounds good opportunity for a Realtor.
I love the dog on your logo. It's a real attention-getter!
Kevin, Back Mountain is always a hot bed, although Mountaintop is a favorite for people wanting to live in a little more reclusion.
Kingston FF and Swoyersville are great for a lot of first time home buyers and much less investment properties where as Wilkes Barre is an investors haven
