Back in July I left one of the mortgage giants Wells Fargo to open a branch office of a smaller mortgage company ( about 400 offices nationwide) Making a change was a hard thing to do but turns out so far to be the best thing I ever have done in this business. What a great company Benchmark Mortgage has been, a direct lender as well as a broker which gives me access to about 200 lenders and all their products.
Because of all the success over the first 3 months here at Benchmark Mortgage I have just opened a new bigger location in Thomaston, CT right off RT 8. At this new location we will have our loan officers and support staff for local loan processing, this makes the loan process flow much better when you have control over your files in a local office. We are growing and able to better serve our customers and referral partners needs right here in Thomaston, CT.
