My pick of the day is a home in Loveland that is bank owned.  It is on Horseshoe Lake and is priced at $725,000.  The home has a 4-car garage, 4606 sq feet and appears to be fully finished.  It has been on the market for over $1,000,000,000 and is currently taxed at $999,000.  This is a grand home, or at least it used to be.  Here is some information on it:
