Hi Dorie ~ It's the little things people forget that become a nightmare at times. I also like the idea above aof writing a check list when moving.
Great reminder and yes, that has happened more than once to properties here too. I'll have to add that tip to my getting ready for close instructions, great reminder!!

In our state the refrigerator, washer and dryer are consider personal property so do not convey with the property. The builder does not provide these appliances when you buy a builder home. Another regional issue!

It is a small investment but one that a seller may not consider with so many other details to handle. Some big moving companies take care of this for you.
