Joe - $65,000 looks like an amazing deal for this home. I would think that if everything had been removed from the inside including the kitchen and baths that it would still be worth $65,000 if not more. Looks likes someone is about to get a great value.
Joe - That looks like the type of home that we have in Colonial Hills in Mount Vernon.
Wow, what a steal! This is in a great neighborhood, and with Worthington Schools - you can't beat it!
