The Maumee real estate report shows two new single family Maumee homes for sale in the Maumee schools system on 4/15/11 presented by Roger Davidson.
The first home is a three bedroom, one bath, 1052 square ft home, with a one car garage that sits on a slab. Priced at $119,900 and located at 1756 Parkway.
Our second contestant is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2337 square feet, a two car garage, and a partial basement. Priced at $164,900 and located at 528 Arlene.
Today's local interest rates in the Maumee area are 4.875% for a thirty year fixed rate conventional mortgage, 4.0 to 4.125% for a fifteen year fixed, and 4.75% for a thirty year fixed rate FHA mortgage.
