PHOENIX FIX AND FLIP

This is not the neighborhood ice cream truck. This truck belongs to one of the several contractos that I use when doing the work on the Phoenix Fix and Flip Homes. This truck pulls up to the house early in the morning and leaves late at night. We are putting construction people back to work one home at a time here in Phoenix. We need more investor capital to turn this real estate market around.
