A few years back Jay and I went on a lovely winter wonderland sleigh ride.
It was just gorgeous and something that we enjoyed very much. We had been invited by good friends Liz and Brad Yasika as a birthday treat for me.
The weather was cold, as in, "you could see your breathe" kind of cold but we came prepared with lots of blankets.
Blankets that we didn't end up needing as the farm makes sure that their guests are kept comfortable.
I remember that we drank hot chocolate and hot apple cider by a fire at the end of our ride.
The farm was all lit up for nighttime enjoyment and simply just magical.
The memory has stayed with me ever since.
