The Boise Idaho Real Estate Market Is Heating Up!

As we move into the Spring of 2011 the Boise Idaho market is looking very different.  Instead of sky high inventory rates we are starting to look at more normal levels, around 6-7 months worth of unsold homes in many areas of the Treasure Valley.  Distress sales still dominate some price points but many bank owned home listings are getting multiple offers now the inventory levels are down and buyers are getting serious about taking advantage of historically low interest rates and rock bottom housing prices.

Keith, good post!  It's nice to see how other areas of the country are doing.  It looks like your area's peak pricing was in 2006, whereas in my area (Campbell CA) it was in 2007.
