I frequently get calls from beginning real estate investors looking for funding for their deals.  These are not homeowner purchases, these are new investors looking for properties they can fix up, or rehab, and resell to an end buyer.

They WANT very much to do a deal, but they often don't bring skills, resources or cash.  Here is how the conversation sometimes goes.......

I think filling the pipeline with solid, financially able and savvy investors gives us the freedom and ability to pass over these buyers.  We as Realtors have worked for decades to sell The American Dream, we just forgot the caveat that not everyone has the "right" to go out and BUY a property.

PS.  It did get me over to your site... so I agree with the others, great pull.

Great post!!! Investors don't think through and they want to invest in a hype. Knowing the facts and having a resource like you who will work out the best deal.
