Our customer's are shopping for luxury homes, don't you think they deserve luxury treatment? Well all of our customers SHOULD be getting the luxury treatment anyway. However, our luxury customers are expecting nothing less than a luxurious loan or real estate shopping experience. Our customers understand quality so let's do something to make them feel like they are getting the presidential treatment. If nothing else, can't we get them a cup of coffee?

Sharing food is very intimate in the American culture and anyway I can connect with my customers, I'm doing it! Try a cup of joe from your local coffee shop. Also good options are fresh baked cookies, brownies, or cinnamon rolls. They fill the office with a decadent smell. Even though they might pass on the unbelievable amount of calories, the thought of warm gooey goodness makes anyone feel at home.

Try to make your customer feel comfortable in their surroundings. Inviting paint color, cushioned chairs, and a nice office temperature are just for starters. No one wants to sit an office that looks drab and dingy. Customers are already making a really large decision by trusting you with this purchase, so try to do your best at making them feel comfortable.
