Is Your Linking Program in Violation of Google's Terms Of Service????

I wrote a post. I posted the post based on what I believe is to be correct. Whether I am or not, will play out in the cards in the long run. Just because everyone does something, does not make it right. Good people make mistakes. I may be wrong or I may be right. I have a gut feeling that I am right about the reciprocal linking and the anchor text links that look like they are among "friends" and that is what i have received from SEO mastermind groups where they work on big company websites.  But that is my opinion and theirs and I have the right to speak my opinion on my blog. I never mentioned anyone's names and still will not do so. Just be careful out there.... 

Victoria- don't worry about me, I have had many, many agents take my SEO courses and they are are all - every single one of them that does their homework- on top of google for search terms that make their phones ring.

You see, Victoria, I work to get google rankings for my real estate keywords and my client's keywords. I am not all about myself. The proof is in our bank account. There is not enough time in a day to get google rankings for our buyers agents, for our listings and for our clients plus the SEO keywords.

But funny you should mention that because I just checked on SEO keywords that I rank for in fact, I ranked within 2 hours for some keywords that I did not even try for. Because just like your SEO keywords, there is no one searching for them. SO what is the point? Just like David Keys, SEO, SEM told you before and posted the screen shot of your google keyword competition and search volume for the words you listed on my post- which of course is funny since you accused me of advertising on your blog and then you come here to attempt to hurt my business., but that is ok, because you are only making bigger raving fans out those that read my blog. 

I don't need google rankings for words that no one calls on. I don't need to get google ranking for my SEO coaching because I get it for my real estate terms and those real estate terms is what gets us 60% of our listings and we carry listings in Miami, Port St Lucie and All over Palm BEach County.

We have letters to prove where we stand. We are in the top 1% of ALL google places pages and we have the award letter from Google to prove it. We walk out talk. We make a lot of money selling real estate and we have a full time agency. We were listed in April 2010 As Success Agents in the NAR Magazine. That is also why I am a keynote speaker helping pay  it forward to other agents around the country. Because what we do works. 

That is why agents hire us to help them in their businesses. You see, Victoria, I would rather help others get to the top and our real estate terms to the top than SEO words. In fact, I never even optimize for SEO terms because I am not all about myself. I am for my clients. I would rather spend their time with them, getting them to the top. You can ask anyone who takes my classes. I have never been asked for a refund except one time out of many many students and that one time was just because the wife did not get permission from her husband to sign up for a course. 

I don't have to prove to you what I know. I have my clients who prove it. You are not going to see a whole lot of posts with their standings because then their competition will know what terms they are ranking for. Some agents don't mind while others do but they will all tell you that they can own the whole page on page one of Google for their search terms following my instructions and coaching. I coach the overall business plan, the SEO is just one TINY part of the big picture in our coaching.

You just continue with your accusations, your put downs, your nastiness because it shows what kind of human being you are. But I must commend you, your last comment actually did not have a curse word in it. At the end of the day, all I can really do is pray for you. 

Michael- You can say what you want to say. I do exist. I am on page one for keywords for our real estate brokerage that have medium to high competition with search of 3600. I also rank for an old keyword for our real estate company that has dropped a lot in search volume because of the market plunge however the competition stayed at medium- which in that particular case, I not only have the term locked in with at least 5 spaces out of 10 on page one but I also have the listing in the #1 spot on page one that has some of our pages listed under it in the same listing. 

The way that Victoria is telling the story is she says, google, getfoundnow and you will see you on page one. Well, dugh. That is like me saying, google Katerina Gasset or Coach Katerina and of course I will be on page one. But since you are an SEO expert, you would know none of those are relevant keywords. Also, SEO blog coach has no searches and no competition. It is easy to take over a no competition keyword. 

Read my comment to your wife. That will explain more what I do since you don't know me and are making assumptions. I don't want to rank as an SEO coach. I want to rank and do rank for our real estate company keywords that make our phone ring with great listings. 

You may be trying to fish out of me what all my keywords are but I am not going to take the bait. You worked to destroy one company and now you are trying to destroy another one. I guess that is how you work with others.

I don't try to rank for SEO coaching words because that is not the main focus on my business. But it just so happens that I do rank for SEO To The Top which is the name of my course. The funny thing is that those who rank on page one for this term are heavy SEO hitters, one of which I am not. 

Of course there are going to be no strangers that search for my course. The only people who would search would be those that know me already or know about my course already. So not much use there because people who know me just pick up the phone. 

Victoria and Michael- here is another keyword I rank for- I will tell you because like I said, I don't care if I rank for SEO terms or not. I just like to help agents. This is SEO for agents. No search volume and there is competition. But I am #1, 2, 3 and 4 for that keyword. 

And for the sake of leveling the playing field- you are on page one for your company Get Found Now which is as it should be and I my company is on page one for my company as it should be. But who is really looking up getfoundnow or coach katerina if they don't you or me already? 

Vic and Michael- I can honestly say what words have competition and search volume and which ones don't matter. These SEO blog coaching terms mean very little for the bank account at the end of the day. You have no idea who I was trained under. You don't even know me. You don't know what courses I have taken. And you don't know my clients. Well, you do know some of them. And when they tell you that I am a good person who teaches them what works in their businesses you delete their comments.

I have tons of testimonials within my comments on my posts and tons of posts where I show my clients' rankings and how they cover like 6 to 8 spaces out of 10 on page one of google. Yes, I do know the relationship between Yahoo and Bing. I go to big live events in Austin Texas every year to learn from marketers who make millions of dollars on line. They also have the money in the bank to prove what they do works.
