San Diego Mission Valley Condos For Sale Mission Valley condo prices have been steadily increasing (with a few dips here and there) since February 2009, so if you enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle, it's time to get into a Mission Valley condo. You can enjoy everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer right from the central location of your condominium at Kensington Park Villas! Kensington Park Villas, built from 1975 to 1978, is a gated condominium community of 134 units (some say 146 units!) in zip code 92108 in the eastern section of Mission Valley. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 2/2, 2/3, 3/3, and 4/3. These are some of the largest condominiums in Mission Valley, ranging in size from 1,340 to 2,251 square feet. They don't come on the market very often, and their high prices usually means that there is some wiggle room in the prices here. Amenities at Kensington Park Villas include swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and a club house/recreation room. All units have in-unit laundry areas. HOA fees are about $365 per month and include common area maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, trash pickup, and limited insurance. Kensington Park Villas is close to Qualcomm Stadium and easily accessible to the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, several San Diego Trolley stations, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego. Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles. Jim, it sounds like buyers need to get on it if they want to buy a condo in Mission Valley. Buy while the prices are still relatively low.
Jim, This is another great post! I really like this series that you have put together, you have done a really great job on it!
Hey, Maria, Tony, and Darcy!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I really do appreciate it, and I’ll be by your blogs soon to do some reading and commenting.
I’ve kind of put the hyper-local posts to the side for the moment because I want to get to the point where I can do these 39 condominium communities each month rather than it taking me six months to do all 39 of them. They are getting much easier.
I’ve also found that I get most of my inquiries from my condominium market reports and very few from the hyper-local posts. Gotta do what might bring in the money!
Just stopping by to see how you're doing with your Mission Valley condo pictures. Let me know if you need anything.
