Cecil County Real Estate Statistics for the week ending April 10, 2011 

There were 22 properties placed under contract in Cecil County since April 1. Included in these were 3 Foreclosed Home, 1 Home in Short Sale, and no New Construction.

There have been 62 Properties listed since the 1st.

44 Homes were removed from the market last week without being sold.

9 Properties Sold so far this month to 30.  Included in these were 2 Foreclosures, and 1 New Construction.

Wednesday New Listing Tour by EXiT Realty Chesapeake Bay

 We did not have our usual Wednesday Tour of new listings this week as we are all going to be in training all day Thursday at the Cecil County Board of Realtors annual Convention.

Cecil County Board of Realtors Holds Annual "Mini Vention"

Today the Cecil County Board of Realtors Held its annual Mini-Vention" , which brings togeather Realtors and other Real Estate Realted companies togeather once a year to discuss Real Estate Issues. The Board also holds training on Legal issues surrounding the Real Estate Process. The theme of this years event was "Its a Zoo out There" - How fitting. with all the regulatory changes in the mortgage industry, appraisers, and for Realtors...It really is a zoo out there. the Bay Property Team attended to ensure that we stay completely updated on all today's issues...
