This is a great way to work and will put the seller's at ease which is what we all want to do. Our job is working together to get their home SOLD.

The only thing homeowners seem to dread more is when we whip out our cameras to take "before" pictures! Great post Kathy!
I hadn't thought of that Jill, but you're right!
I have one room in my house that is safe to see right now, and that is the guest room! We stagers do understand that there is a difference between living in a home and getting it ready to sell!
Maybe I should take pictures of my house and e-mail them to clients before I see them face to face. That would cause any itimidation they may feel to go away immediately!
