I really miss yoga. I have had to readjust my budget and the yoga studio I went to was $60/mo for 1 class a week. $40 unlimited.... wow I wish I was closer.

Janice - I'm fortunate to belong to a health club that offers classes in Yoga and Tai Chi. Now if I could only talk myself into crawling over there at 6:00 am in the morning, I'd have it made:-) I do have one concern however. . .If I managed to get into the Lotus position, I could hold my hands above my head, and someone could carry me out of that gym like a purse . . .LOL

Joan, many studios, including ours, offer free community classes one or two days a week, check it out. You can also download vidoes for free on utube.

Myrl, evenings and mid days are great times to practice as well. the good news is, I don't know too many Westerners who aspire to or can do Lotus position, with or without hands over head. Easy pose is more my speed
